It was great to visit Service and Calibration Solutions (SCS) in Stalybridge recently. I love to know what local businesses are up to it and take great pride in what we manufacture and supply from the constituency. SCS supply and service a range of machines such as metal detectors, X-Ray machines and checkweighers to a wide range of industries.

Thank you to Phil and Barbara for facilitating my visit. A number of local businesses are experiencing problems with supply chains post-Brexit, which whatever your view of the issue itself is something we must resolve. I will be getting in touch with the Dept of International Trade to ensure local businesses are getting the support and advice they need.
