Brilliant to be at @NissanUK this morning. Their presence here in Sunderland is a huge source of local pride, providing good high-skilled jobs since the 1980s. We need an industrial strategy to provide the long-term commitment all businesses need to invest and grow. Labour’s climate investment pledge and commitment to replacing business rates means we can develop plans for good jobs across the whole of the UK.
